CS Aurora Băicoi is the only rugby club in Prahova county, where about 80-100 children from 8-14 years old from Baicoi town and other 4 nearby villages are trained. The club operates as an NGO in rural and small-urban Romania, practically in an area with fewer opportunities for children and young people. The sport for them represents a chance for education, for an identity, for a new community of friends, for practical access to a better future.
